Rockhouse

What a Get-Away!!!

Hey Guys,

Rockhouse is located in one of the most beautiful locations, on the cliffs of Negril; bluer waters I doubt you could find. Another sight for sore eyes visit on my recent trip back home and I strongly recommend that you all get there some day if you haven’t already done so. Growing up I have always been told that many individuals are born and raised and have never ventured to Negril given its distance from the country’s capital. Now aided by a highway, the journey has now shortened and again I implore you all to make this visit. Highlights from this trip include:
· A courteous staff
· Exceptional customer service
· A1 food quality
· A rustic theme/vibe
· Superb surroundings (especially this one restaurant with a view like no other)

I also had the opportunity to sport my most essential travel piece this entire trip. That is, the “Pelican” cover up by local designer Jae Jolly (buy Jamaican, build Jamaica). This piece is absolutely gorgeous and had me feeling myself the entire time. I look forward to sporting more of her pieces as they are indeed one of kind and truly unique IN MY OPINION. Photo diary included below.

Kanopi House

Hey Guys,

On my most recent travel to Jamaica, one of the places I knew I wanted to visit was Kanopi House. This was due, in part, to seeing several cool pictures on Instagram.  Having made reservations and gone for the ride, I must say it was well worth the wait.  The views were spectacular and beyond my expectations.  Each tree house was even more gorgeous than the other and the activities were out of this world! Not to mention the stellar customer service.  The members of my party, including myself, were amazed and would definitely recommend this vacation destination to friends or even return ourselves.

A huge shout out to the property manager, Timothy Blake for accommodating us at the last minute and fulfilling our many requests.  I share with you my photo diary below.

Jamaica 2015 Recap

Hey Guys,

I recently visited home for 3 weeks, the longest since moving to Orlando.  Given that Christmas is my favorite time of year, it was a joyous occasion for me, being able to reconnect with family and friends during my stay.  This has been one of my better vacations in a long time. I spent the time visiting old spots that I have always loved, and familiarizing myself with those that have developed since my move and are now famous.  I’d like to share with you some highlights of my trip via my photo diary.

My Sister's House Warming- It’s always a blessing being able to spend time with family :)

Enjoying a latte and rum cake at Cafe Blue before heading to Serendipity

Serendipity - One of the most peaceful and serene places in my opinion.

Appleton Rum Tour - Definitely the surprise of my trip. This was way more fun than expected!

Trying to get at good pic while listening to the tour guide

Best part! Getting to try all the liquor.

Finally made it to EITS Cafe. I attempted on two previous trips. I guess third time’s the charm.
